Jeff grew up in Framingham, MA and attended college at Brandeis University,
graduating cum laude in History and as a member of the Legal Studies Program.
Jeff studied law at Hofstra Law School, where he served as editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
Jeff owned and operated a boutique real estate law officein Davis Square, Somerville
(known as the “Shargel Law Office”) specializing in in residential purchase, sales,
and mortgage refinancing. In 2012, Jeff merged his law practice with
Ligris & Associates, opening a branch office for the firm in Harvard Square, Cambridge.
Jeff has since returned to his boutique practice, proudly offering the same high level of care,
quality, comfort and customer service that his clients have come to know and expect.
Jeff’s family lives in Winchester, where he enjoys his three daughters,
cross-fit, live music, mindfulness, and all dad-related activities.
